Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an Evening Cleaning Operative to join our Birmingham team. You will perform cleaning tasks across client spaces, ensuring floors, surfaces and washrooms are tidy and safe for staff and visitors.

Role is hands-on and requires standing for long periods, with a smartphone clock/in system (Timegate) to record shifts. Training is provided, and rights to work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Attention to detail in cleaning tasks.
• Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Tidying up work areas, cleaning floors and communal areas.
• Vacuuming carpeted areas, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and related cleaning tasks.
• Assist customers if needed when working in day or night shifts in open spaces.
• Complete Health & Safety records and attend training sessions as required.
