Job summary

Concept Resources is recruiting a reliable Cleaning Operative to work at a modern office facility in Newark. This temporary role provides annual leave cover with consistent evening hours.

Working independently, you will perform general cleaning duties across offices and meeting rooms, kitchens and washrooms, and report maintenance or health and safety concerns. Training will cover alarm panel use.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Able to work independently and manage workload.
• Comfortable working alone and as a key holder.

Responsibilities

• General office cleaning.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting.
• Clean offices, meeting rooms and communal areas.
• Clean kitchens and welfare facilities.
• Clean washrooms and replenish consumables.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Report maintenance or health and safety concerns.
