Job summary

MercoFS in Manchester is looking for a Cleaning Operative to join our team. You will carry out general cleaning tasks across the office areas, toilets, and kitchen spaces, helping keep the store and facilities tidy.

The role is part-time (4:30pm-7:30pm, Monday-Thursday). You should be reliable, experience in cleaning, able to work independently, and motivated to deliver a high standard of cleanliness to support the store and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning tasks including toilets, office area/rest areas
• Dusting
• Mopping floors
• Cleaning toilets
• Wash pots and kitchen where necessary
• Lifting buckets
• Wiping Low & High points
• Other cleaning activities as necessary
• Reporting issues to supervisor
