Job summary

Kindred are looking for hardworking and reliable cleaners to be based in an educational building located in Swanwick. The role offers £12.71 per hour, with a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 15:20-18:20, at Derby Rd, Swanwick, Alfreton DE55 1AE.

Qualifications

• Able to meet physical demands with reasonable adjustments.
• Follow instructions (including written) and work safely on their own.
• Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.
• English communication skills, not necessarily first language.
• Able to fulfil fixed shift timings.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces, touchpoints, and furniture.
• Emptying bins and waste disposal.
• Replenishing soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls.
• Carrying out periodic deep-cleaning tasks (carpets, floors).
• Using cleaning materials suitable for different surfaces to protect equipment.
• Follow COSHH safety guidelines and report hazards.
• Work independently and support colleagues to maintain high cleanliness standards.
