Coastland College is seeking a cleaner to join the Weyco team within the Site Services department. The role is term-time only, 20 hours per week (6pm–10pm, Monday to Friday, 38 weeks/year), with occasional weekend work for events.
You will maintain cleaning standards, support maintenance tasks, and uphold health and safety regulations. DBS disclosure is required for new employees, and the college provides a safeguarding policy summary on its site.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work for WEYCO at Coastland College as part of the cleaning team working alongside the Site Services team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
You will be instrumental in providing cleaning support with on-going maintenance and small projects of works.
We would expect you to be customer-focused and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
We're looking for someone with proven experience as a cleaner with a knowledge of cleaning chemicals & supplies, although this is not essential.
This is a term time only role working 6pm to 10pm Monday - Friday, 20 hours a week, 38 weeks a year. Although you may be asked to work the odd weekend for special events.
