Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Evening Cleaner to maintain a high standard of cleanliness across a head office environment in Burgh Heath, Epsom. You will perform designated cleaning tasks, follow schedules and site procedures, and support a professional service for clients and colleagues.

We expect attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while adhering to COSHH and safety guidelines.

Evening Cleaner

Join Sodexo as an Evening Cleaner, where you'll play an important role in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across a welcoming and well-maintained head office environment.

You'll work as part of the cleaning team, following scheduled cleaning tasks and site procedures while ensuring customers and colleagues receive a professional and high-quality service.

With a keen eye for detail and a hands‑on approach, you'll help maintain the standards expected by both Sodexo and our client.

What you'll do

• Deliver high standards of cleaning across a variety of designated areas


• Follow cleaning schedules and instructions from the Cleaning Supervisor or Manager


• Adapt to daily priorities and specific cleaning requirements


• Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times


• Follow company and client policies, procedures and site guidelines


• Use cleaning methods and equipment in line with your training


• Follow COSHH, Health & Safety, hygiene and fire requirements


• Follow site colour‑coding procedures


• Wear the required uniform and PPE


• Report faults with cleaning machinery and equipment


• Report any building defects or hazards to the Cleaning Supervisor or Manager


• Complete all required training


• Carry out reasonable requests to support the wider cleaning service


• Work both independently and as part of a team to maintain excellent standards
