Job Role: Cleaner Operative

As a Cleaner Operative, you will ensure that equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, following Health and Safety requirements. Training will be provided to support your role.

You will work within a team and also use your initiative. Building positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, and seeking continuous improvement to exceed expectations are key aspects of this role.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to communicate and read basic English
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Flexible approach to work
• Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanor
