Job Description

Chef De Partie

Ready for a sizzling career move? You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen, working alongside a fantastic team. The food you prepare, cook, and serve makes our guests smile and want more.

What you will be doing:

  1. Run and supervise any kitchen section to the standards set by the Head Chef.
  2. Ensure all preparations for your section are complete and ready for service.
  3. Practice good stock and waste control.
  4. Be responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods.
  5. Execute cooking to a high standard efficiently.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section.
  7. Support the head (sous) chef in delivering the required standard of food.
  8. Delegate tasks to junior chefs and apprentices, supporting their development.
  9. Maintain a positive attitude and seek to improve your skills and performance.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef and management.
  11. Ensure all guests enjoy the best experience possible.
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
