Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the evening catering team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Prepare and serve fresh food to customers while maintaining high food quality standards.
• Manage stock levels, complete stock takes, and ensure products are available and well-presented.
• Handle cashing up procedures and ensure accurate financial controls at the end of service.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards throughout the shift.
• Take responsibility for the smooth running of the operation in the absence of senior management.

Friday: 6:00pm - 11:00pm

Saturday & Sunday: 6:00pm - 11:30pm
