Job summary

Essex Cares Ltd is seeking an Evening Care Assistant in Rochford (SS4 1BL) on-site, part-time, permanent employment. You will provide reablement community care to clients recently discharged from hospital, helping them regain independence and remain in their own homes.

You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, personal care and meal preparation, supporting clients to relearn skills and maintain their independence in the community.
