Lancashire County Council in Lancaster & Morecambe is hiring caring, compassionate people to support older residents to live their life their way. No prior care experience is required; training and the Care Certificate will be provided to start with confidence.

This permanent, part-time role offers 17.5 hours per week with a pro rata salary of £25,949–£26,016 per year, plus optional overtime and a fully funded induction.

Qualificações

• No prior care experience required; training provided and Care Certificate training will be completed on the job.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, person-centred care to older people to help them live their life their way.
• Follow rota and shift patterns; work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain safety and dignity, support daily living activities and report changes to the care team.
