What You’ll Do:

  • Support clients with daily living activities including personal care and meal preparation
  • Build trusted relationships and provide emotional support
  • Assist with mobility, medication reminders, and overall well-being
  • Drive clients to appointments and social outings, ensuring comfort and safety
  • Keep accurate care records and communicate updates as needed
  • Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals to provide the highest standard of care
