Job summary

Allcare Care Services is seeking Evening Care Assistants across the Isle of Wight, including Newport, Cowes and Freshwater, to help people live independently at home.

You will provide personal care, prepare meals, assist with daily tasks and offer companionship while supporting residents to maintain independence. No experience is required as full training is provided, with funded NVQ qualifications, paid DBS, uniforms and PPE, plus guaranteed hours and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Kind, caring and reliable person.
• Good English communication skills.
• Availability for AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
• Walking rounds are available for non-drivers.
• No experience needed – full training provided.
• Drivers with a UK licence and own vehicle are welcome.

• £13.43 weekday / £13.93 weekend
• £14.00 block pay for eligible experienced carers
• 40p per mile
• Guaranteed hours
• Permanent full-time & part-time contracts
