Rose Court in Ballymena, part of Healthcare Ireland Group, is seeking Care Assistants to join a dedicated team delivering person-centred care to older residents, including those living with dementia. No prior experience required; we value empathy, strong communication, and a compassionate attitude.

We offer safeguarding checks, training, and a supportive environment with opportunities for development. Roles include 7pm–11pm shifts and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Good standard of oral and written English.
• Compassionate approach to residents.

Responsabilités

• Support residents with daily activities and care needs.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Adhere to safeguarding, policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a warm, safe, and respectful home environment.
• Shift pattern includes evenings (7pm–11pm) and flexible reception of duties.
