Job summary

Workforce Staffing in Daventry (NN11) is recruiting for an experienced FLT Bendi Driver to join our warehouse operations. You will operate a Bendi forklift, replenish stock, pick orders and ensure safe, efficient movement of goods.

This full-time role offers Monday to Friday, 1:00pm–9:00pm and a pay rate of £15.40–£17.25 per hour, depending on experience. A valid Bendi licence and solid warehouse experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Bendi forklift in a busy warehouse.
• Proven ability to move and store stock safely and efficiently.
• Understanding of warehouse processes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Bendi FLT safely and efficiently
• Replenishing stock and warehouse locations
• Picking orders accurately and efficiently
• Putting stock away into designated locations
• Carrying out general FLT and warehouse duties
• Following health & safety procedures and site regulations
• Maintaining accurate stock locations
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
