Job summary
DCS Group in Banbury is seeking experienced FLT or Bendi Drivers for our busy warehouse. You will move goods safely and efficiently across the site, transport between inbound, storage and outbound areas, and uphold high safety standards.
We offer full conversion training for candidates with FLT licences seeking Bendi experience, 40-hour weeks, 14:00–22:00 shifts, and a pay rate of £13.94 per hour plus 10% shift allowance, plus generous benefits and ongoing development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in a busy warehouse environment.
- FLT or Bendi Truck licence with practical experience.
- PPT licence and experience using powered pallet trucks.
- Experience using warehouse scanners and stock control systems.
- Good awareness of warehouse health & safety procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Proactive and reliable approach to work.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out and recording daily truck safety checks.
- Cleaning and maintaining trucks regularly.
- Following scanner instructions accurately.
- Transporting goods safely around the warehouse.
- Ensuring products are stored in the correct locations.
- Scanning pallet labels at each stage of operation.
- Supporting loading and unloading activities.
- Assisting with additional warehouse tasks as required.
