Job summary

Multitask Personnel is recruiting a Site Manager from a civils/groundworks background to lead EV Infrastructure projects nationwide. You will own the build from ground to handover on service stations and EV charging hubs, coordinating with electrical and design teams and engaging major national clients.

This role offers autonomy, a clear progression path, and the opportunity to build your own team, with projects valued £300k-£600k and a salary between £55,000 and £60,000 plus car allowance,

Qualifications

• Must hold a current SMSTS qualification.
• Background in civils/groundworks.
• Experience with EV charging hubs is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder and face-to-face customer management experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing client relationships on national service station and EV infrastructure projects.
• Handling contract arrangements, including NEC4 frameworks experience.
• Providing regular progress updates and weekly reports.
• Organising subcontract labour and materials for each project.
• Managing the full build through to handover.
• Coordinating delivery with electrical and design teams.

Salary – £55,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus car allowance

Hours of work – Monday to Friday

Location – Sheffield to the Midlands (working nationwide)
