Job summary

Ron Brooks Ltd in Leicester is expanding its workshop team and seeks skilled vehicle technicians to service and repair a diverse range of vehicles, including EVs. The role offers progression in a growing family-run business with modern facilities.

You will work under the Service Manager Tim, maintain high quality workmanship, and enjoy support from a friendly, values-driven team focused on customer care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 2 or Level 3).
• MOT licence is a bonus but not essential.
• EV experience advantageous, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose faults accurately using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Work on a variety of models from ICE, PHEV and EV to Suzuki line-up.
• Complete work to a high quality and safety standards.
• Support the growth of our Leicester workshop by upholding the company reputation.
• Work closely with Service Manager Tim and the wider team to create a positive environment.
