Evans Halshaw Ford East Kilbride is seeking a Ford Technician to join our service team. The role offers a flexible 4-day working week (45 hours standard; 40/42.5-hour patterns available) with a joining bonus of £2,000 and a competitive salary package.

Basic salary ranges £37,008–£51,948 depending on experience, with OTE £39,438–£56,178 and uncapped earning potential. Enjoy extensive manufacturer training, 33 days holiday, and strong career progression.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Experience of cam belt and clutch replacements.
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence.
• Technical knowledge to carry out repairs and maintenance safely and to high quality standards.
• Capable of using systems and equipment within the workshop.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles to high standards.
• Use workshop systems and equipment to diagnose and fix issues.
• Work within safety procedures and quality controls.
