Job summary

V2Power is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to help scale our operations and build strategic partnerships across key European and Asian markets. You will receive structured product and sales training and gain direct exposure to the EV charging and energy sectors.

The role offers initial 3–6 months with potential extension, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for strong performers to advance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and outreach skills required.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Organized with disciplined follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and opportunities within the assigned region.
• Approach prospects via telephone, email, LinkedIn and in-person visits.
• Travel within the region to visit businesses and generate new leads.
• Conduct proactive prospecting and cold outreach as needed.
• Follow up leads and progress sales opportunities.
• Support Regional Business Development Manager with relationships and sales activities.
• Explain V2Power products and benefits clearly.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up actions.
• Attend customer meetings and industry events.
• Take initiative to move opportunities forward.
