Job summary

Believ, London-based, seeks an experienced Programme Manager for its B2B Operations team. You will own EV charging projects from handover through construction, commissioning and completion, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to meet schedule, budget and quality targets.

Reporting to the Head of B2B Operations, you will liaise with clients, landlords, contractors and internal teams, driving risk management, planning approvals and procurement, while maintaining progress and

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multiple projects concurrently in pre-construction and delivery phases.
• Excellent planning, scheduling and proactive risk management abilities.
• Experience in EV charging infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Construction/engineering background is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Ownership from inception to final completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project programmes with milestones.
• Coordinate feasibility, design, approvals, and contractor management.
• Manage client and stakeholder communications and decisions.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and procurement activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
