Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure deployment and construction management.
• Experience managing end-to-end infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in civil or electrical engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead site due diligence, permitting, utility coordination, power upgrades, contractor selection, construction, commissioning, and handoff to operations teams.
• Conduct technical assessments of sites including utility capacity, planning, constructibility, site access, and environmental constraints.
• Lead utility coordination and power-upgrade planning and energisation.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop optimized site layouts and equipment specs.
• Manage contractor procurement, RFPs, bids, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee construction activities including schedule, budget, quality, safety, and testing.
