Job summary

Linear Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contractual and commercial activities for multiple projects, with a focus on EV charging infrastructure and secure public-sector sites. You will oversee contract performance, risk management and reporting, while supporting tender opportunities and ensuring compliance across projects.

The role suits someone from M&E, electrical infrastructure or civil engineering with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts management within M&E, electrical infrastructure, EV charging, construction or civil engineering.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Competent in using contract management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all contractual aspects of projects from award through to completion.
• Review, negotiate and administer contracts, subcontracts and related agreements.
• Ensure contractual obligations, client requirements and company policies are met.
• Provide contractual advice and support to Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Monitor contract performance, variations, change control and potential claims.
• Maintain accurate contractual records, documentation and reporting.
• Report on contractual risks, opportunities and financial performance to senior management.
• Support tendering, bids and framework opportunities.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance requirements are reflected within contractual arrangements.
