Qualifications

• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; eager to learn EV/Hybrid systems.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing complex vehicle faults across systems, including legacy and electric vehicles.
• Carrying out repairs and maintenance to high standards.
• Managing workflow to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work bay and adhering to health and safety standards.
• Performing MOTs in line with DVSA standards (if required).
• Maintaining clear communication with customers on work progress.
