Job summary

LSH Auto Limited in Stockport is seeking a Vehicle Systems Technician to join our flagship dealership. The role focuses on maintenance, service and repair of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, with training and accreditation opportunities across the latest petrol, diesel, hybrid and EV tech.

You will perform diagnostics, implement repairs, and create CITNOW videos to keep customers informed. A full UK driving licence and a commitment to EV qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent.
• Commitment to progression for EV qualifications.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Responsibility for the quality and quantity of your work.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking maintenance, service and repair activities on Mercedes-Benz motor vehicles to the highest standard.
• Repairing, testing vehicles and diagnosing faults.
• Replacing components, parts, lubricants and consumables and recording usage.
• Producing CITNOW videos to inform customers of vehicle condition.
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe from hazards.
• Carrying out work within Mercedes-Benz servicing and repair times.
• Advising on vehicle faults and servicing requirements for future work.

Education
