Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Electrical Engineering Program Manager to scale electrification across Europe’s delivery network. You will design electrical standards, oversee EV charging installations, and coordinate with on-site teams to ensure safety and quality.

You’ll work with EU AMZL Sustainability Engineering and other groups to implement sustainable, cost-efficient infrastructure while tracking progress and outcomes for leadership updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Knowledge of process quality management or infrastructure commissioning

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage vendor relationships to ensure installation capacity and safety coordination on-site.
• Validate electrical designs to ensure compliance with electrical standards during EV charging installations.
• Define and communicate electrical standards to improve carbon footprint and enable tool/process adoption.
• Monitor costs and financial performance while maintaining installation reliability and program outcomes.
• Report progress to leadership with accurate milestones and deliverables tracking.
