Job summary

Astute Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to cover Yorkshire and surrounding areas, leading EV ChargePoint installation projects and delivering to programme, budget and customer specifications.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate electrical and engineering teams, ensure BS7671 compliance, manage RAMS and safety, and oversee project documentation and handovers. Competitive salary up to £50,000 DOE with bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

C&G L3 Electrotechnical qualification required.
C&G BS7671:2018 Wiring Regulations knowledge.
C&G 2391 (or equivalent) Inspection and Testing.
Full UK Driving Licence.
JIB/ECS Gold/Black Card preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule and deliver EV ChargePoint installation projects to programme, budget and customer requirements.
Coordinate electrical and engineering teams, manage resource allocation, project scheduling and material procurement for efficient project delivery.
Ensure compliance with BS7671 standards by overseeing installation quality, reviewing designs and signing off NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates.
Manage health and safety across projects by reviewing RAMS, delivering Toolbox Talks and conducting site safety audits.
Produce and manage project documentation, including programmes of work, handover packs and customer deliverables, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
