Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking an experienced EV Construction & Delivery Manager to lead major charging infrastructure projects across the UK, from feasibility through to handover. Based in the field, you’ll coordinate internal teams, consultants and utility providers to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

You’ll manage budgets, engage stakeholders, and ensure compliance with CDM and Building Regulations while driving site readiness for launch and ongoing operation.

Qualifications

  • Strong project delivery experience within EV charging, energy, utilities, infrastructure, highways, retail or operational environments.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams, consultants and contractors.
  • Knowledge of construction delivery, commissioning and handover processes.
  • Commercial awareness, including budget management, cost control and NEC contracts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across a regional portfolio.

  • Coordinate site surveys, feasibility studies and project development activities.

  • Oversee construction delivery, quality standards, health & safety and programme performance.
  • Coordinate DNO, IDNO, ICP and other statutory approvals and utility connections.
  • Manage project budgets, cost validation, contract administration and change control.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, Building Regulations and company standards.
  • Lead project meetings, site reviews and stakeholder updates.
  • Manage testing, commissioning, energisation and project handovers.
  • Work with Operations teams to ensure sites are fully ready for launch and ongoing operation.

As our network continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced EV Construction & Delivery Manager to help deliver the next phase of this exciting journey.

What You'll Do

As EV Construction & Delivery Manager, you'll take ownership of major EV charging infrastructure and high-voltage grid connection projects across your region, managing the entire project lifecycle from initial feasibility and design through to construction, commissioning and handover.

Working closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors and utility providers, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and with minimal disruption to our operational sites.

Day To Day, You'll
