Job summary

Gewiss UK is seeking a market-facing Product Lead for its EV charging portfolio. You will turn technical capabilities into clear customer value, enabling markets to win projects and influence product direction through deep market insight.

You’ll work across Product, Sales, Marketing and Service, leading go-to-market strategies in a fast-changing landscape shaped by CPOs, fleet operators and utilities, driving growth and market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering.
• Strong familiarity with EV charging dynamics.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Determines customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specs and requirements.
• Assesses market competition by comparing Gewiss products to competitors’ products.
• Provides data for product line communications by defining marketing objectives.
• Obtains product market share by working with sales to develop sales strategies.
• Develops forecasts and analyses to inform management decisions.
