Pod, a leading UK EV charging provider, seeks a product professional to lead discovery, gather requirements, and translate stakeholder needs into clear roadmap initiatives across Customer Support, Operations and Technology.

You will define solutions with HubSpot, build user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with CRM specialists to deliver measurable value while helping the business scale.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements and translating objectives into product outcomes.
• Strong CRM experience, ideally HubSpot, to improve customer and operational performance.
• Ability to define clear product specifications that solve real business problems.
• Experience supporting transformations in customer service, operations, or experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Collaborative across functions with influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements gathering across Customer Support, Operations and Tech.
• Translate stakeholder needs into prioritised product requirements and roadmaps.
• Define solutions with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, for better interactions.
• Help define future-state journeys and scalable processes for customers and teams.
• Convert business needs into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Build strong relationships, manage risks, and measure impact of changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics, asset visibility and inventory.
