Job summary

T H White Ltd is seeking skilled Civils Operatives to support EV charging installation projects across England and Wales. The role involves a broad range of groundwork and civil engineering tasks to ensure installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high professional standard.

You will play a key part in the expansion of our EV infrastructure capability and contribute to the quality, safety, and success of each project.

Qualifications

CSCS card is required.
NPORS or CPCS (360 Excavator, Dumper, etc.) is required.
SWQR is desirable; training may be provided for the right candidate.
Proven experience as Groundworker or Civils Operative in construction or civil engineering.

Responsibilities

Perform groundwork activities including excavation, drainage, concreting, kerbing, paving and other general construction duties.
Lay foundations for EV Chargers and install footings as required.
Operate plant machinery in a safe and controlled manner with appropriate training/licensing.
Follow plans and drawings to ensure work meets specifications and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve project goals.
Adhere to RAMS, PPE, and safe systems of work, and report hazards promptly.
