Job summary
Marmion is seeking a hands-on Electrical Technician to join a fast-growing EV charging infrastructure business in the UK. You will diagnose faults, commission firmware updates, and perform maintenance across AC, DC and HPC systems, while supporting customers on-site and reporting clearly.

Qualifications
- Must have Level 3 electro-technical qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent).
- At least 2 years’ experience in field-based electrical installation/maintenance in a commercial environment.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability with ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Valid UK driving license; willingness to travel and stay away from home as required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and system faults on EV charging equipment.
- Commission, configure and perform firmware updates where required.
- Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs to maximise uptime.
- Collaborate with internal teams to complete work accurately and on time.
- Provide on-site technical support and clear updates to customers.
- Ensure accurate reporting and full compliance with safety standards.
