Our market leading client is powering the future. As one of the largest and fastest growing wholesaler in the renewable energy sector, they are expanding are actively looking for a experienced and successfulBusiness Development Manager to help drive their continued success.

Reporting directly to our Sales & Marketing Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BDM with a proven and successful track record to play a leading role in a dynamic business on an exciting upward trajectory.

Your Mission

You will lead the charge in developing and executing a strategic approach to sales and client acquisition. You’ll forge new relationships, expand our client base, and help shape our growth strategy whilst delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and driving revenue.

This role is perfect for someone who is skilled and identifying and securing new working partnerships to help develop long-term professional relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement a results-driven growth strategy focused on financial performance and customer satisfaction

  • Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and customer needs

  • Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients

  • Present and promote our product and service offerings, aligned to each client's objectives

  • Prepare and process sales orders in compliance with all relevant regulations

  • Provide ongoing support and trustworthy feedback post-sale

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers

  • Mentor and guide entry-level staff to develop into valuable sales professional

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role

  • Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

  • Bonus: Background in customer support

  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
