Job summary

Veeva Systems is hiring a University Recruiter to drive the Consultant Development Program (CDP) across the United Kingdom, Germany, and Spain. You will lead top-of-funnel talent attraction, build relationships with European institutions, and deliver an exceptional candidate pre-boarding experience.

You will source, assess, and engage early-career candidates, partner with Talent Marketing, and deliver structured weekly pipeline updates, all while embodying Veeva's values of care and speed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on early-career or university recruiting across European markets.
• Based in and work-authorized in the United Kingdom.
• Execution mindset with fast, accurate delivery.
• Clear, concise, and humble communication with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Proactive sourcing & outreach across Western Europe and partnerships with Talent Marketing.
• Assess and process candidate applications and maintain regional alignment.
• Plan and run university career events, tech fairs, and campus info sessions across target locations.
• Build and nurture a long-term referral pipeline across internal networks and student organizations.
• Drive high-touch candidate engagement from offer to start date; host monthly touchpoints.
• Continuously optimize hiring processes and sourcing channels to keep things simple and effective.
