Job summary

Honda Motor Europe is seeking a Pan-European Training Developer to design engaging, non-technical training materials for European markets, distributors and dealer networks. You will translate information from subject matter experts into clear, accessible content across classroom guides, e‑learning modules and videos, aligned to business needs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires occasional travel across Europe to support training and test-drive activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of developing non-technical training for different audiences and formats.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
• Knowledge of automobile products and terminology; translate to non-technical content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience using e-learning tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate.
• Experience with a learning management system and digital learning technologies.
• Basic graphic design and multimedia skills to create engaging assets.
• Ability to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate information.
• Ability to prioritise and deliver accurate content on time.
• Experience in the automotive industry; understanding of business environment.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional development in instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce storyboards and learning content for classroom guides, e-learning modules, videos and assessments.
• Apply instructional design principles to create clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Research competitor information for training materials as required.
• Support Train the Trainer and test-drive events with relevant materials.
• Work with subject matter experts to gather and validate information.
• Support new training initiatives, learning tech and digital tools.
