Penguin Random House UK is seeking a senior Head of European Sales to set the commercial direction for Europe and lead growth with European Sales Directors. You will also act as Product Lead for a publishing division, aligning publishing priorities with International Sales and maximizing opportunities across markets.

You will drive strategy, engage with retailers and partners, and travel to European markets to maintain a first-hand market view while delivering ambitious revenue growth.

Aufgaben

• Deliver European sales budget with territory Directors, developing ambitious plans and monitoring performance.
• Drive PRH market share and retail presence across Europe with priority retailers, wholesalers and partners.
• Identify markets, customers, categories, authors and titles with the greatest growth potential.
• Use sales data and market insight to inform commercial decisions and opportunities.
• Partner with Product Managers and publishing divisions to align European opportunities with publishing plans.
• Represent International Sales at a senior level and communicate market dynamics clearly.
• Maintain deep knowledge of European markets through customer engagement and travel.
• Serve as Product Lead for a publishing division, linking division and International Sales to maximise opportunities.
• Build relationships across editorial, marketing, publicity and sales to drive international sales.
