You will help us achieve our goal of having an industry-leading European Roadfreight network across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations
• Assist our Senior Account Manager team with daily operations
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues throughout the UK and Europe to facilitate smooth transportation of orders
• Enter shipments into our in-house system, generate orders, and instructions for suppliers
• Manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client requirements and building strong relationships
• Respond promptly and maintain high service levels
• Input relevant information into internal systems following procedures
• Take ownership of workload and manage tasks independently
• Seek career progression, learn from the team, and contribute to company growth

General Skills:

• Experience in European Roadfreight preferred but not essential
• Ambition and drive for success
• Customer-facing skills are advantageous
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong planning and attention to detail
• Knowledge of European languages is a plus
• Education to A-Level standard; Degree preferred
