We have a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join a strong and dynamic team as we continue our rapid expansion and aim to achieve our ambitious targets over the next 2 years of month-on-month growth. You will help us to develop an industry-leading European Roadfreight network across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations
• Assist our Senior Account Manager team with daily operations
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across the UK and Europe to facilitate smooth transport of orders
• Enter shipments into our in-house system, generate orders, and instruct suppliers
• Manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Provide excellent customer service, understanding individual requirements and building strong relationships
• Respond promptly and maintain high service levels
• Input relevant data into our internal systems following procedures
• Take ownership of your workload and manage tasks independently
• Learn and grow within the company, contributing to its success

General Skills:

• Experience in European Roadfreight preferred but not essential
• Ambition and motivation for success
• Customer-facing skills are advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong planning and attention to detail
• Knowledge of European languages is a plus
• Educational background to A-Level or Degree level is preferred
