Job summary

Scott Bader is seeking a Procurement Hub Manager to connect Group Procurement strategy with delivery across our European sites, ensuring procurement supports operational continuity, commercial performance and risk management for local businesses.

You will lead site purchasing teams, translate strategy into action, uphold governance and compliance, and collaborate with regional and Group leadership to shape procurement in a multi-site, manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement leadership across multiple sites or regional environments.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with a track record of delivering savings and value.
• Excellent stakeholder management with credibility to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Group Procurement strategy across Europe, aligning regional execution with local business needs.
• Identify and deliver savings, efficiency and value-creation opportunities across European sites.
• Lead, coach and develop site purchasing teams, building capability and collaboration.
• Drive procurement governance, compliance and risk management across European operations.
• Partner with European and Group leadership to represent regional priorities and shape strategy.
