About the Role

As European PR Manager, you’ll lead Nscale’s earned media strategy across key European markets including the UK, France, DACH, and Nordics. You’ll be responsible for managing local PR agencies, building direct media relationships, and ensuring our messaging is aligned and impactful across regions.

This is a key role within our growing PR function, helping drive awareness, credibility, and commercial growth as Nscale scales rapidly and prepares for major corporate milestones.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and implement a strategic PR programme across Europe, aligned with global messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tier 1 tech, business, and trade media across markets.
• Manage and oversee local PR agencies to deliver tailored strategies and regional results.
• Drive executive visibility across Europe through interviews, bylines, speaking opportunities, and profiles.
• Create high-quality materials including briefing docs, messaging frameworks, Q&As, and positioning statements.
• Support crisis comms planning and response, in close partnership with comms, legal, and leadership teams.
• Contribute to high-stakes comms initiatives such as consortiums, fundraising, M&A, and IPO readiness.
• Set clear KPIs, measure PR performance, and track outcomes across markets and agencies.
• Monitor European tech media and policy landscapes to inform comms planning and proactive outreach.

About You

• 8+ years’ experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications - ideally in tech.
• Proven success leading earned media strategy across multiple European markets (UK, France, DACH, Nordics).
• Strong network of media contacts across top-tier tech, business and trade publications in Europe.
• Experience managing external PR agencies and delivering measurable results.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English. (French or German a plus.)
• Skilled at developing messaging, media materials, and spokesperson content.
• Confident handling high-stakes topics like fundraising, M&A, and crisis comms.
• Deep understanding of the European tech and media landscape.
• Proficient in using media monitoring and PR analytics tools.
• Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders across geographies.
