Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to oversee groundworks and data centre packages across Europe. You will manage cost reporting, CVRs, and cashflow forecasting while leading subcontractors and maintaining strong client liaison.

A high level of reporting and ownership of financial plans is required. Initial travel across Europe is expected within the first two months, with a cycle of UK and European work thereafter.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in quantity surveying on large schemes.
• Experience with cost reporting, cashflow forecasting and CVRs.
• Strong subcontractor management and client liaison skills.
• Attention to detail and ownership of reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects up to £15–£20 million in value.
• Lead cost reporting, CVRs, Lump sum, and cashflow forecasting.
• Subcontractor management and package delivery.
• Coordinate upstream communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Travel across Europe as required.
