Job summary

Izzat Electrical Engineering, a specialist in busbar installation and control cabling, seeks an Electrical Project Manager for leadership of European projects from the Banbridge Head Office. Travel is required, with on-site presence to supervise installations and commissioning.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors and clients to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role with strong electrical systems knowledge.
• Data Centre experience is desirable.
• Strong understanding of electrical installations.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, ensuring schedules are met and high-quality standards maintained.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong reporting and analytics skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Keen attention to detail, sound decision-making, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical projects from planning through completion, ensuring scope, schedule and budget adherence.
• Manage site teams and subcontracted labour across European projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and contractors to ensure safe, on-time delivery and cost control.
• Oversee project documentation and support regulatory compliance.
• Supervise on-site installations, inspections and commissioning activities.
