Job summary

Audit & Risk Recruitment is supporting a FTSE-listed group to recruit an Internal Audit Manager focusing on Europe with international travel of ~30%. The role engages with senior stakeholders across geographies, requiring ACA/ACCA heritage and Big 4/Top 10 pedigree.

A mature audit culture and hybrid working arrangement are in place. You will plan and deliver audits across Europe, build strong management relationships, and contribute to risk assessment and annual planning.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification and Big 4/Top 10 background preferred.
• 2+ years in internal audit, ideally in a large PLC environment.
• Strong communication skills and any additional language skills highly prized.
• Willingness to travel internationally (circa 30%).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver internal audits across Europe and other regions as required.
• Develop strong relationships with management and stakeholders across geographies.
• Support risk assessment, annual audit planning and Regional Governance Committees (RGCs).
• Manage and own relationships with senior stakeholders despite no direct line management.
