We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic team member with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and a high level of attention to detail to deliver outstanding service to our global institutional clients—both existing and prospective. The European Institutional Client Service Analyst is responsible for day-to-day client service activities and sales support functions across all team constituents:
- External: primary focus on large intermediaries and asset owners (i.e. global financial institutions, pension funds, insurance firms, multi/single family offices, etc.).
- Internal: regular interaction with business development, portfolio analytics, portfolio management, product specialist, legal, marketing, compliance, and operations teams.
ResponsibilitiesClient Service
- Serve as a key point of contact for non-US institutional clients ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service.
- Manage day-to-day client servicing activities, ensuring all reporting and deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Produce and enhance client reporting materials (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, including briefing materials, real-time data support, and post-meeting follow-up.
- Liaise with internal teams (Investments, Trading, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Portfolio Analytics) to resolve client inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of RFPs, DDQs, marketing materials, and performance commentary.
- Support the business development team with internal reporting, data analysis, and process improvements.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, including automation of templates and streamlining workflows in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Participate in live client meetings alongside relationship management team members and Portfolio Managers, providing information and/or data on a real time basis.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client mandates, investment strategies, and portfolio composition to advocate effectively on the client’s behalf.
Sales and Business Development Support
- Prepare prospect or client briefs/relationship summaries in advance of meetings. Post meeting, document meeting activities and assist with follow up items.
- Maintain a client mapping database and conduct research on prospective clients to support business development efforts.
- Develop and maintain client-facing presentations and contribute to the launch and promotion of new or enhanced investment strategies.
- Build familiarity with the firm’s history, structure, and investment philosophy to effectively communicate with clients and prospects.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree. A concentration in economics, business or finance is desirable
- 1-2 years of financial services experience is a plus
- Willingness to pursue an IMC certification

Desirable but not essential:
- Experience using AI is a plus. To create client service processes and organize data,
as well as prepare pre-meeting materials and post-meeting follow-up tasks more
efficiently - Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems
- Experience with Seismic
- Knowledge of computer programming (VBA, SQL, etc.)
- Ability to speak additional European languages
