Job summary

Fidelity International seeks a Credit Analyst for the Fixed Income Research- UK team, based in London. You will perform in-depth fundamental analysis of European High Yield issuers, assess credit risk, and communicate views to portfolio managers and traders.

Regular collaboration with global teams and potential travel are expected. The role requires a strong background in credit analysis, modelling and relative valuation, with a degree and CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience; CFA charterholder preferred.
• Substantial experience as a Credit Analyst.
• Experience in modelling and relative valuation of companies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to undertake international travel.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income securities and investment management industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental coverage of European High Yield Corporates to generate investment ideas.
• Collaborate daily with traders, PMs, quantitative analysts and investment directing.
• Coordinate with investment team to prioritise core credit coverage and ideas.
• Lead meetings with issuers and internal teams to communicate credit views.
• Publish internal notes and contribute to investment decision processes.
