Job summary

Sonos is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support European sales and operations with financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis. You will partner with commercial teams and the Accounting group to drive accuracy, profitability and revenue growth across the region.

You will build scalable models, challenge assumptions, and deliver insights that inform quarterly earnings and long-range plans, while collaborating across Finance, Operations and Go-To-Market teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or similar field.
• Minimum 5+ years in FP&A, revenue accounting, operations, or related field in a Global public company.
• Proven track record of partnering with commercial teams and influencing non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience with revenue forecasting, reporting and financial planning processes.
• Experience with demand planning and understanding of retail partner margins; basic budgeting experience.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets financial modeling and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the European sales and operations teams in evaluating risks, opportunities, contract negotiations and business cases.
• Own financial forecast assumptions and monthly revenue actuals vs forecast analysis.
• Build, validate and analyze demand and financial forecasts from unit and financial perspectives.
• Create scalable models to track performance and evaluate business cases for strategic decisions.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations and Go-To-Market teams on ad hoc projects and process improvements.
