Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Employee Relations professional to join a Europe-wide CoE. You will partner with country People Teams and employee representatives, reporting to the Director of Talent Management for Europe, guiding ER across 35 countries.

You will handle daily ER casework, develop new ER policies, lead ER-focused HR projects, and stay current with Employment Law changes, including Work Councils at national/European levels.

Qualifications

• A passion for Employee Relations and understanding European HR policies.
• Ability to advise on ER matters and regional HR policy across Europe.
• Expertise in employment law and ER practices in at least one target country.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day ER casework across Europe and policy development.
• Lead HR projects with an ER focus and align with COE goals.
• Keep business updated on Employment Law changes and best practices.
• Collaborate across country People Teams and with employee representatives.
