The Composite Materials Global Business Unit (GBU) develops, manufactures, and markets materials for automotive and aerospace structures, such as prepregs, adhesives, and coating films.

Position: Customer Service Representative

We seek a dedicated, enthusiastic individual with multilingual skills and quick learning abilities to join our European Customer Service team. You will act as a link between our customers and internal departments, managing your own customer portfolio and ensuring accurate order processing. You will report to the Head of European Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support international key account customers
  2. Prepare calculations and quotes independently
  3. Handle document requests
  4. Coordinate customer projects with key account management and internal teams
  5. Support claims management

You Bring:
  • A completed degree or commercial training

  • Fluency in German, French, and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus
