Job summary

Nepgroup is implementing a multi-year transformation to centralise European asset management, improve asset utilisation and establish a single source of truth for asset data.

The European Asset Transformation Project Manager will lead across countries and business units, coordinating asset management, governance, reporting, training and change adoption. You will drive integrated planning, KPI reporting and cross-border coordination for a future EasyJob implementation.

Qualifications

• At least five years delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Experience leading multi-country change initiatives across teams or units.
• Strong governance, planning and stakeholder-management experience.
• Experience in ERP, operational systems or process-transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated delivery plan for European asset transformation initiatives.
• Establish and manage governance forums, steering committees and working groups.
• Maintain schedules, RAID logs, critical paths and milestone reporting.
• Identify and manage dependencies across countries and workstreams.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple countries, ensuring actions are completed.
• Lead adoption of new operating procedures and governance standards.
• Develop and deliver programme communication and change plans.
• Support leadership through behavioural and process change and risk monitoring.
• Manage the European Asset Governance Board and coordinate asset standards.
• Escalate blockers and decisions through governance routes.
• Coordinate asset-management operating model and allocation processes.
• Coordinate cross-border asset-transfer, RFID and compliance activities.
• Ensure standardised processes are defined, documented and adopted.
• Establish KPI dashboards and reporting packs.
