Job summary

NEP Group Inc. is seeking a Central Asset Manager to optimise European asset visibility and ensure efficient use of internal assets across business units.

You will work within the ECAT, balancing project delivery, commercial value and group priorities while supporting cross-border collaboration. You will secure equipment for projects, review demand and availability, coordinate movements with local asset teams, advise on long‑term relocation, and maintain data accuracy within rental systems and

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, operations, logistics, or a similar live-events environment.
• Understanding of professional video, audio, lighting, rigging equipment.
• Strong commercial judgement to compare cost, margin and utilisation options.
• Analytical, organised and confident solving problems in a fast-moving environment.
• Willing and able to travel across Europe when required.

Responsibilities

• Secure equipment for projects by prioritising internal assets over subrent.
• Review demand, availability and departure dates to identify shortages.
• Coordinate short-term and cross-border equipment movements with local asset teams.
• Assist with recommendations on long term equipment relocation to the ECAM.
• Maintain clear records and provide concise operational reporting to the ECAM.
• Build trusted relationships across Operations, Technical, Commercial, Project and Asset teams.
